The truth of this world is that not everyone is accepted. There are people who are alone, and who are left out in the cold. We just leave the people who are left alone to be as they are. Just because someone is different or does not have the same traits we have doesn't mean that we should treat them differently. In the book it shows clearly that Ender, who is a Third, gets teased by his peers, and by his family. We often forget that each and everyone of us are different. I think this novel shows how someone who is rejected by society actually saves the world with his powers. Though he is rejected, Ender does not get depressed but he finnishes the game. And he proves himself by saving the world. The lesson I learned was that" Prejudice may make people blind, but true character does not show on the looks or knoledge, it is in the heart"

The main charater is Ender, who is a third, also known as the one with a machine in his body. Do I Like this character???? I wonder....... I do not have any feelings about the main character, yet I pity him because of the choices that he makes. Although he became a hero in the end, does he have the power of an adult? He is a young hero, but because he is so young his descision are not always clear. Often times in the book it shows how Ender makes rash descisions. Like the time he gets in to a fight, the descisions that he made was not the wisest choice. Therefore I don't totally agree about Ender Being a good character.

I Believe that the mood of this book is sad. Because Ender is rejected from society, the people around Ender do not respect Ender. The whole story carries out this backround. The sadness in this story is more of a Internal hurting. Many people may agree with this. Mostly everyone has experienced rejection. Therefore I believe this story may connect to other peoples lifes also.

I believe that the climax of this story is when Ender finds out that he is not playing the game, but that he was actually fighting the actual Buggers. This part actually startled me at first, but then again relieved me that Ender was actually saving the World. In the end of the story the resolution Ender is made a hero. I totally agreed at the climax. Most stories show that the weaker link always overcomes the critisism and becomes a hero in the end. But I don't agree in reality, this is not true. Those who are weak mostly remain weak, unless they try to do somthing. In reality the strong always are the ones who win.
So I believe that the climax is only a fantasy.

I believe that as a teenager in 2007, this story has a fairly good connection to my life. Even though Ender is rejected by the community because he was a third, he ends up saving the world by defeating the buggers. I believe that as a Korean American I am not always accepted, but I still have talent that may be useful for others. Just like ender My father was also like a third. In a Korean backround he was the only American looking boy. Same goes with my grandfather; during the Korean war my grandfather was sent to America, being the only Korean student in the whole school, he was ignored and was not taught english. Yet now he is one of the top evangelists in the world. Beside of Billy Grahm, he has become the Top Korean Evangelist. Like this My father also has built the top christian elementary school, and now is in the proccess of building a middleschool.
I believe that Ender and I have in common the critisism of the comunity. We both are not accepted and yet we may do somthing big~!
